Fujian Sanwood Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Sanwood Group") and its wholly-owned subsidiary Fujian Sanwood Construction and Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sanwood Construction") recently received "Summons" and "Civil Complaint" and other legal documents from the Gulou District People's Court of Fuzhou City. It is learned that China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited, Fuzhou Branch (hereinafter referred to as "CITIC Bank Fuzhou Branch") has filed lawsuits against the Company and Sanwood Construction for financial loan contract disputes.
