Fujian Sanmu Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Sanmu Group") recently received a "Civil Judgment" (Case No. (2026) Min 0622 Min Chu No. 1763) issued by the People's Court of Yunxiao County, Fujian Province, which made a first-instance judgment on the sales contract dispute between the Company and Fujian Yunxiao Shengcheng Economic Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yunxiao Shengcheng"). The relevant progress is hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of the Major Litigation
Yunxiao Shengcheng filed a lawsuit with the People's Court of Yunxiao County, Fujian Province, regarding the sales contract dispute with the Company. The case number is (2026) Min 0622 Min Chu No. 1763, and the amount involved is RMB 49,481,104. Yunxiao Shengcheng's main claims include: termination of the three "Sales Contracts" signed by both parties; requiring the Company to refund the payment of RMB 41,065,920; payment of liquidated damages of RMB 8,213,184; and bearing lawyer fees of RMB 202,000 and related litigation costs.
