Fujian Yunxiao Shengcheng Economic Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shengcheng") has filed a lawsuit with the People's Court of Yunxiao County, Fujian Province, regarding a sales contract dispute with Sanmu Group and has applied for property preservation. The relevant case information is hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of Acceptance of Major Litigation

Plaintiff's Main Litigation Requests (1) Order the termination of the "Sales Contracts" numbered SMJT-SC20260106RU-1, SMJT-SC20260106RU-2, and SMJT-SC20260106RU-3 signed by both parties. (2) Order the defendant to refund the plaintiff's payment of RMB 41,065,920.00. (3) Order the defendant to pay liquidated damages of RMB 8,213,184.184.00. (4) Order the defendant to bear the plaintiff's attorney fees of RMB 202,000.00. (5) The case acceptance fee, property preservation fee, etc., shall be borne by the defendant.
II. Background of the Litigation
On January 12, 2026, the Company signed three "Sales Contracts" (Nos.: SMJT-SC20260106RU-1, SMJT-SC20260106RU-2, SMJT-SC20260106RU-3) with Shengcheng, agreeing that Shengcheng would purchase a total of 2,822.4 tons of natural rubber and synthetic rubber mixture from the Company, with a total price of RMB 41,065,920.00. Recently, a dispute arose between the parties regarding the performance of the contract. Shengcheng has filed a lawsuit with the People's Court of Yunxiao County, Fujian Province, and applied for property preservation.
