Chengdu High-tech Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 11th interim meeting of the 9th Board of Directors on May 22, 2026, and approved the "2026 Senior Management Compensation Plan of Chengdu High-tech Development Co., Ltd." According to relevant national laws and regulations, the Company's Articles of Association, and the working rules of the Board's Compensation and Assessment Committee, and in consideration of the Company's actual operating conditions, the 2026 senior management compensation plan has been formulated. The specific contents are as follows:
1. Applicable Objects
This plan applies to senior management personnel appointed by the Company's Board of Directors.
2. Applicable Period
This plan shall take effect from the date of approval by the Company's Board of Directors and shall be applicable from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
3. Compensation Plan
The compensation for senior management personnel consists of basic salary, performance pay, and other income such as medium- and long-term incentives and other incentive compensation. Performance pay shall account for no less than 50% of the total of basic salary and performance pay.
