Announcement on Changes in Accounting Policies by Chengdu High-tech Development Co., Ltd.
Special Reminder:
- Chengdu High-tech Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has made corresponding changes to its accounting policies in accordance with the "Interpretation No. 19 of the Enterprise Accounting Standards" (Cai Kuai [2025] No. 32) issued by the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry"). This change in accounting policies will not have a significant impact on the Company's financial condition, operating results, or cash flows.
- This change in accounting policies has been reviewed and approved by the Company's ninth board of directors at its tenth extraordinary meeting and does not require submission for shareholder approval.
