I. Meeting Information
The notice for the 10th temporary meeting of the 9th Board of Directors was sent via email on April 27, 2026. The meeting was held on April 29, 2026, in a communication format. Eight directors were expected to attend, and all eight were present. Directors Zhou Zhi, Feng Dong, Xu Yaping, Yang Qijun, Gong Min, Zhang Tengwen, Ma Hua, and Wang Huaqing attended the meeting.
