Due to the incomplete preparation of the 2024 annual report and the 2025 first-quarter report, the Company is unable to disclose the 2025 semi-annual report within the legal deadline.
- The Company held the fourth meeting of the tenth board of directors on August 8, 2025, where it approved the proposal to voluntarily terminate the listing of the Company's stock by shareholder resolution. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the Company's stock has been suspended since the market opened on August 14, 2025. Additionally, the Company's stock will continue to be suspended due to the inability to disclose the 2025 semi-annual report within the legal deadline.
