1. Guarantee Overview
Yuan Da Industrial Control Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has entered into agreements with banks to provide guarantees for its subsidiaries, with the total guarantee amount not exceeding 6.3 billion yuan. The specific amounts of guarantees are as follows:
The Company has applied for guarantees from the following banks:
- Yuan Da Materials Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuan Da Materials") applied for a guarantee of not exceeding 1 billion yuan.
- Yuan Da Oil Chemistry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuan Da Oil") applied for a guarantee of not exceeding 2 billion yuan.
- Ningbo Yuan Da International Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ningbo Yuan Da") applied for a guarantee of not exceeding 7 million yuan.
The Company expects to provide guarantees for its subsidiaries to support their business development and ensure financial stability.
