(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") issued a notice for the fourth extraordinary meeting of the Tenth Board of Directors on May 30, 2022, via written delivery or communication methods. The meeting was held on June 2, 2022, through communication voting. A total of 5 directors were supposed to attend, and all 5 directors attended the meeting (all via communication voting).
