Inner Mongolia Tian Shou Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Tian Shou Development") 100% controlled partnership enterprise Jilin Tian Shou Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Jilin Tian Shou") recently received a "Letter of Lawyer" issued by Liaoning Pukai Law Firm on behalf of Dahei Mountain Molybdenum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dahei Mountain Molybdenum") and Tian Cheng Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tian Cheng Mining"). Dahei Mountain Molybdenum has exercised its right to terminate the contract regarding a loan of 390 million RMB, declaring the loan due early; Tian Cheng Mining has announced the revocation of the settlement agreement regarding a 280 million RMB equity transfer litigation dispute, and will no longer settle with the Company or Jilin Tian Shou, requesting the Jilin Provincial High People's Court to make a ruling on cases (2022) Ji Min Zhong 89 and (2022) Ji Min Zhong 100.
