Sunshine New Industry Real Estate Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") convened the seventh interim meeting of the tenth board of directors on May 28, 2026. The meeting reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of Senior Management Personnel." Based on the needs of the Company's operational development, and after nomination by the board and review by the Compensation and Assessment Committee, the board agreed to appoint Mr. Liu Jiashen as the Company's President and Mr. Xiong Wei as Co-President (no longer serving as President). The terms of the aforementioned senior management personnel will commence from the date of the board's approval until the end of the tenth board's term (biographies of senior management personnel are attached).
