Special Risk Warning:
- The Company engaged Da Xin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) to audit the 2021 financial report, which resulted in an audit report with no opinion expressed. Additionally, the audited equity attributable to the parent company at the end of 2021 was negative. The Company has been subject to delisting risk warnings from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since May 6, 2022. Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) audited the 2022 financial report, issuing a qualified opinion. The audited net profit, excluding non-recurring gains and losses, was negative, and operating revenue was below 100 million yuan. The Company's stock has triggered the conditions for termination of trading as per Article 9.3.11 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules (2023 Revision).
