On June 3, Tianjin Guoheng Railway Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Guoheng" or "the Company") disclosed the "Notice on Litigation Matters" (Announcement No. 2015-038). The relevant progress is as follows:
On May 14, 2015, our company received a judgment from the Xuzhou Intermediate People's Court (hereinafter referred to as "the Court"), and we immediately initiated a self-examination. Due to serious errors in the judgment, we communicated with the Court to seek corrections, and by the end of May, we received a revised "Civil Ruling" from the Court. Currently, our company has not yet received any execution notice from the Court. As of now, we have also not received any other legal documents.
