Announcement on the Implementation of the 2025 Annual Equity Distribution

Special Note: The total share capital of the Company changed during the period from the disclosure to the implementation of this plan due to the cancellation of repurchased shares. On June 10, 2026, the Company's total share capital decreased to 477,444,918 shares. For details, please refer to the "Announcement on the Completion of Repurchase Share Cancellation and Share Change" (Announcement Number: 2026-23) disclosed by the Company on June 12, 2026. The Company will adjust the distribution ratio on the principle of unchanged total distribution amount. After the adjustment, the dividend per 10 shares will be RMB 0.855961, with a total cash dividend of RMB 40,867,432.03 (tax inclusive), no bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital.
