Chapter One General Principles
Article 1
To standardize the development planning of Gansu Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the formulation of development plans, implement management, strengthen the guidance of development planning, and lead the comprehensive and innovative development of the enterprise, focus on achieving high-quality development, enhance core competencies, and improve the scientific and feasible nature of planning, ensure the effective implementation of development plans, based on the "Gansu Provincial Development Planning Management Measures" and relevant regulations, the Company formulates these measures.
Article 2
These measures are referred to as the "Five-Year Plan," which refers to the development plan formulated based on national and provincial development policies, analyzing the development status of the industry and the company, and determining the direction of the company's development in the next period. It aims to break through the bottleneck of industrial structure adjustment and optimize the overall layout.
Article 3
These measures apply to the development planning of all subsidiaries of the Company (hereinafter referred to as "subsidiaries") and the management of development plans.
