- As of May 15, 2023, the stock closing price of Zhongtian Financial Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has been below 1 yuan for 17 consecutive trading days, and it is expected to remain below 1 yuan for 20 consecutive trading days. According to Article 9.2.1 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2023 Revision)" (hereinafter referred to as "Listing Rules"), the Company's stock may be terminated from listing by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE").
