The Company's shareholder, Xinyi Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyi Asset Management"), planned to reduce its holdings of the Company's shares by no more than 18,173,325 shares through centralized bidding within three months from the date of the pre-disclosure announcement (from January 27, 2026, to April 26, 2026), accounting for 0.99% of the Company's total share capital at the time of the announcement, and 1.00% of the total share capital after excluding shares in the repurchase special account.
On January 31, 2026, the Company disclosed the "Prompt Announcement on Changes in Equity of Shareholders Holding More Than 5% After Reduction" (Announcement No. 2026-003), indicating that Xinyi Asset Management had cumulatively reduced its holdings by 8,297,300 shares from January 27, 2026, to January 29, 2026, through centralized bidding. After this reduction, Xinyi Asset Management holds 91,773,372 shares, accounting for 4.999997% of the Company's total share capital (5.049894% after excluding shares in the repurchase special account), thus reducing its shareholding to below 5%.
