I. Specifics of the Accident
At approximately 3:30 PM on July 26, 2026, a production accident occurred during construction in the area between the 750-level West Main Haulage 19-1 and 25-1 of the No. 3 Zone underground mine of Xiwuzhumuqin Yinman Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yinman Mining"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inner Mongolia Xingye Yinxi Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). The accident resulted in one fatality and no injuries.
