Independent Director Annual Performance Report (Wang Yutao, Resigned)
During my tenure as an independent director of Minsheng Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), I diligently fulfilled my responsibilities, actively exercising the independence and professionalism of an independent director to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and all shareholders, especially minority shareholders. The following is my performance report for the year 2023:
I. Basic Information
I, Wang Yutao, hold a Ph.D. in Management, am a professor and doctoral supervisor, a certified public accountant in China, and a registered asset appraiser. I have previously served as an auditor at Shenzhen Zhongtianqin Accounting Firm, an auditor at Guangdong Zhengzhong Zhujiang Accounting Firm, and a lecturer and associate professor at the Accounting School of Central University of Finance and Economics. Since September 2018, I have been a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Business School of Renmin University of China. I served as an independent director of the Company from February 2021 to November 2023.
