(hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Bohai Leasing") held its Third Meeting of the Eleventh Board of Directors and its 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting on April 27, 2026, and May 20, 2026, respectively. The proposal "Proposal on the Estimated Guarantee Quota for the Company and its Subsidiaries in 2026" was deliberated and approved. According to the above deliberation and authorization, Tianjin Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Bohai") is authorized to provide guarantees for the Company and Tianjin Bohai's wholly-owned SPVs with a total quota not exceeding RMB 3.3 billion or its equivalent in foreign currency.
