This report is based on the "Measures for the Administration of Corporate Bond Issuance and Trading" and the "Guidelines for the Administration of Corporate Bond Trusteeship" issued by the Ministry of Finance. It outlines the temporary trustee management activities for Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bohai Leasing") regarding the public issuance of corporate bonds aimed at qualified investors.
Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd. held its first extraordinary general meeting on January 13, 2016, and the second extraordinary general meeting on February 1, 2016. The company passed resolutions regarding changes to its name and other related matters.
Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd. held its third extraordinary general meeting on October 24, 2018, and the fourth extraordinary general meeting on November 9, 2018, to discuss further changes to its name.
