- Midea Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") will implement its 2025 A-share profit distribution plan: based on the Company's existing A-share share capital of 6,962,590,407 shares, excluding repurchased shares of 142,570,872 shares, the distributable A-share capital is 6,820,019,535 shares. In accordance with the principle of unchanged per-share distribution amount, a cash dividend of RMB 38 will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with a total cash dividend of RMB 25,916,074,233.
