I. Basic Project Information
Xinjiang International Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 30th extraordinary meeting of the 8th Board of Directors on April 27, 2023, and the 2022 Annual Shareholders' Meeting on May 11, 2023, and approved the "Proposal on Investment and Construction of Intelligent Warehousing Project and Expansion of Supporting Railway Line by Wholly-Owned Subsidiary." It was agreed that the wholly-owned subsidiary Xinjiang Zhongyou Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongyou Chemical") would invest in the construction of an intelligent warehousing project and the expansion of a supporting railway line.
