(hereinafter referred to as "Sichuan Energy Development Group") inheriting shares of Sichuan New Energy Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held directly and indirectly by Sichuan Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Energy Investment Group"), thus becoming the controlling shareholder of the Company.
