In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Administrative Measures for the Selection and Appointment of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," and "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guide No. 1 – Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other relevant requirements, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of ZTE Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), with the principle of diligence and responsibility, has diligently performed its duties. This report outlines the supervision of the accounting firm for the year 2025.

Ernst & Young Hua Ming (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Ernst & Young Hua Ming") is the Company's accounting firm for the 2025 financial reports and internal control audit. Ernst & Young Hua Ming was established in September 1992 and completed its localization and restructuring in August 2012, transforming from a Sino-foreign cooperative limited liability partnership into a special general partnership. Ernst & Young Hua Ming is headquartered in Beijing, with its registered address at Room 01-12, 17th Floor, Oriental Plaza, East Chang'an Avenue, Dongcheng District, Beijing.
As of the end of 2025, Ernst & Young Hua Ming had 249 partners, with Mr. Mao Anning as the managing partner. Ernst & Young Hua Ming has always focused on talent development. As of the end of 2025, it had over 1,700 practicing certified public accountants, including over 1,500 with experience in securities-related business services. Over 550 certified public accountants had signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
