I. Resignations of Directors and Senior Management Fiyada Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received written resignation reports from Mr. Pan Bobo, Director and General Manager, and Mr. Lu Wanjun, General Counsel. Mr. Pan Bobo has applied to resign as a Director of the 11th Board of Directors, a member of the Strategy and ESG Committee, and General Manager due to work reasons. He will not hold any position in the Company after his resignation. Mr. Lu Wanjun has applied to resign as General Counsel due to work reasons. He will continue to hold other positions in the Company after his resignation. According to the "Company Law," "Articles of Association," and other relevant regulations, Mr. Pan Bobo's resignation will not reduce the number of directors on the Company's board below the legal minimum, nor will it affect the normal operation of the Company's board and its normal business activities. The resignations of Mr. Pan Bobo and Mr. Lu Wanjun will take effect from the date they are delivered to the Company's Board of Directors.
