This announcement does not involve A Share shareholders or B Share shareholders who confirmed the linkage of A and B share accounts before December 7, 2015. The plan for China Merchants Shekou to absorb and merge with China Merchants Property Holdings Co., Ltd. has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission under approval number [2015] 2766, and the work of converting B Shares into A Shares of China Merchants Shekou has entered the implementation stage. For domestic B Share shareholders who have not confirmed the linkage of A and B share accounts before December 7, 2015, and all foreign B Share shareholders, China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited has issued restricted account transfer registrations free of charge. The A Shares of China Merchants Shekou after the conversion have been registered in the restricted accounts.
