Announcement of the Supervisory Board Resolution on the Semi-Annual Report
Shenzhen Tiandi (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the twelfth meeting of the tenth Supervisory Board on August 28, 2024 (Wednesday) via written voting. The meeting notice was delivered to all supervisors in writing and by email on August 16, 2024. Three supervisors were required to attend, and all three were present. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Sheng Yeqin, the chairman of the Supervisory Board. The meeting was conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and the Company’s Articles of Association.
