The 2025 annual equity distribution plan of Shenzhen Great Wall Development Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was approved at the 34th (2025) Shareholders' Meeting held on May 28, 2026. The equity distribution matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Details of the Profit Distribution Plan Approved by the Shareholders' Meeting
- On May 28, 2026, the Company's 34th (2025) Shareholders' Meeting approved the "2025 Profit Distribution Proposal": Based on the total share capital registered on the equity distribution registration date, a cash dividend of RMB 2.20 per 10 shares (inclusive of tax) will be distributed to all shareholders. As of December 31, 2025, the company's total share capital was 1,573,728,420 shares. Based on this, the proposed cash dividend is RMB 346,220,252.40 (inclusive of tax).
If the company's total share capital changes between December 31, 2025 and the equity registration date for the distribution,
the company will maintain the per-share distribution amount unchanged and adjust the total distribution amount accordingly.

From December 31, 2025 to the implementation period, the company's total share capital will increase from 1,573,728,420 shares to 1,574,369,780 shares. According to the company's 2025 profit distribution plan and related regulations, the company's 2025 profit distribution ratio will not be adjusted. The actual cash dividend distributed this time is RMB 346,361,351.60 (inclusive of tax).
