Shenzhen Great Wall Development Technology Co., Ltd. 2025 Independent Director's Report on Performance of Duties – You Hailong In 2025, as an independent director of Shenzhen Great Wall Development Technology Co., Ltd., I strictly adhered to the provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Company Law), the Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, the Articles of Association, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, and other relevant laws, regulations, and rules. I faithfully, proactively, effectively, and independently performed my duties, actively understood and paid attention to the company's operations, attended relevant meetings, carefully reviewed various board resolutions, and effectively safeguarded the interests of the company and all shareholders, especially minority shareholders. I. Basic Information I, You Hailong, graduated from Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Optoelectronic Technology and a Doctoral degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics. Currently a professor at the School of Microelectronics, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology (Xidian University), a Huashan Leading Professor, and a doctoral supervisor. He also serves as the director of the Ministry of Education Engineering Center for Digital Integrated Circuit Circuit Design and Verification Tools, a graduate supervisor in Management Science and Engineering at Xidian University, the deputy director of the Xi'an Key Laboratory of System Chips and Microsystems, and the legal representative of Hangzhou Yifang Digital Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. Previously, he served as a director of Chengdu Zhirong Technology Co., Ltd. and a supervisor of Ningbo Ruixin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. From September 2010 to September 2011, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology. In December 2023, he first served as an independent director of the tenth board of directors of Shenzhen Technology Co., Ltd.
As an independent director of the company, he does not hold any position in the company other than as an independent director or on special committees, nor does he hold any position in the company's major shareholder companies. He has no direct or indirect interest in the company, its major shareholders, or its actual controller, nor any other relationship that may hinder his independent and objective judgment. There are no circumstances that affect the independence of an independent director, and he meets the relevant requirements for the independence of independent directors in the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies."

In 2025, the Company held 15 Board meetings (including teleconferences) and 3 Shareholders' meetings.
I attended all meetings on time and participated diligently. As an independent director, in addition to fulfilling the general duties of a director, I reviewed proposals with an objective and prudent attitude, exercised my voting rights cautiously, and voted in favor of all Board proposals and other matters concerning the Company during my term of office. There were no objections, and no instances of opposition or abstention. During the reporting period,
I paid particular attention to the Company's production and operation, and the appointment of senior management personnel.
During the reporting period, I reviewed proposals with an objective and prudent attitude, exercised my voting rights cautiously, and reviewed a total of 52 proposals for the Board meetings. Adhering to the principles of diligence and integrity, I exercised my voting rights prudently and effectively fulfilled the responsibilities of an independent director.
