Background
Shenzhen Zhonghua Automobile (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhonghua") has commissioned Wan Sheng Industrial Holdings (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wan Sheng") to conduct an audit regarding the completion of performance commitments for 2025.
Responsibilities of Management and Governance
The management of Wan Sheng is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the financial statements and related disclosures. They must ensure that the performance commitments are accurately compiled and disclosed, preventing any material misstatements.
Responsibilities of the Auditor
Our responsibility is to conduct the audit in accordance with the auditing standards applicable to the audit of performance commitments. We will assess the appropriateness of the management's compilation of performance commitments and provide our opinion based on the audit.
Audit Opinion
We believe that the management of Wan Sheng has compiled the performance commitments in accordance with the relevant regulations. If the actual performance does not meet the commitments, it will be reported accordingly.
