All shareholders of Shenzhou High-Speed Rail Technology Co., Ltd.:

We audited the 2025 financial statements of Shenzhou High-Speed Rail Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shenzhou High-Speed Rail Corporation) in accordance with Chinese CPA auditing standards, including the consolidated and parent company balance sheets as of December 31, 2025, the consolidated and parent company income statements, the consolidated and parent company cash flow statements, the consolidated and parent company statements of changes in shareholders' equity, and related financial statement notes. On April 16, 2026, we issued XYZH/ Audit Report No. 2026BJAA4B0238 with an unqualified opinion.

According to the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 for Business Handling" (hereinafter referred to as operating income deduction), Shenzhou High-Speed Rail Company has prepared the attached 2025 operating income deduction table for Shenzhou High-Speed Rail Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the operating income deduction table).

It is Shenzhou High-Speed Rail Company's responsibility to prepare and disclose the operating income deduction statement in accordance with relevant regulations on operating income deductions, and to ensure its compliance, authenticity, accuracy, and completeness.
