1. R&D and Innovation: The Company leverages its core technologies in ammoxidation, chlorination, and hydrogenation to develop key products including Chlorothalonil, Azoxystrobin, and 2,4-D, and has, through the commercialization of Cyproflanilide, cleared a complete pathway for proprietary innovative products, thereby driving the strategic transformation of its development model from generics to a combination of generics and innovation. The Company has established a novel pesticide innovation platform, screening nearly 10,000 compounds annually and introducing AI assisted molecular design. In 2025, three Cyproflanilide products were officially registered in China, becoming the first Chinese proprietary insecticide in nearly 20 years to be included in the IRAC MOA. 2. High-Quality Manufacturing: The Company implements advanced safety management systems, covering the entire process, including process technology, equipment, quality and environmental management. By continuously optimizing environmental protection processes and employing advanced waste treatment facilities such as MVR and RTO to promote green manufacturing, the Company has been recognized as a Green Factory of Jiangsu Province and awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal, while advancing the application for a provincial level zero carbon park in Xingan and successfully securing the application for the zero carbon industrial integration project. At the same time, the Company enhances operational efficiency through automation and digitalization, with key products meeting international FAO standards and participating in the formulation of international industrial standards, while multiple subsidiaries have been honored with titles such as Specialized and Sophisticated Enterprises and Little Giant. 3. Internationalization: The Company has deeply cultivated the global agrochemical market and established long-term partnerships with internationally renowned companies such as Syngenta and Corteva. It has also set up overseas subsidiaries in more than ten countries, including Germany and Brazil, and continues to advance localized operations. Focusing on core strategic crops and the Company’s planned next-generation compounds, the Company develops formulated product portfolios tailored to local market demand, adopts a registration-led approach, and, leveraging Cyproflanilide, builds global registration capabilities. To overcome trade barriers and optimize its supply structure, the Company plans to establish a manufacturing facility in Egypt, thereby enhancing delivery and service response capabilities. 4. Domestic Formulated Product Brand Development : The Company focuses on five major core crops, namely rice, fruits, vegetables, corn and wheat, and leverages its innovative and next-generation compounds to further cultivate market presence. It maintains strategic cooperation with partners such as Syngenta and Nutrichem, while expanding its regional and county-level distributor network. The Company enhances its brand influence through integrated online and offline marketing and promotional activities. In 2025, the Company completed the acquisition of Guangdong Haode, and, by leveraging dual-channel and brand assets such as Baishijia®, accelerated business integration and expanded market coverage.
