1.Connect with other business units and fulfill the responsibilities of central enterprises. The business of our actual controller, China Resources Group, which is a central state-owned enterprise, covers 6 major areas: big consumption, comprehensive energy, urban construction and operation, big health, industrial finance, technology and emerging industries. As an important part of the technology and emerging industry sector, we strengthen the collaboration with other business units of the group, establish a cooperative communication mechanism, adopt an in-depth cooperative relationship of joint research and development, and results sharing. We also use the technical advantages of other business units in order to convert technology into industrialization. We broaden new ideas for development, create platforms and opportunities, to help the company develop its own PET industry application scenarios. 2.Promote double Hundred Actions and the development through reform As a "Double Hundred Enterprise" affiliated to China Resources Group, we were rated as "Excellent" in the special assessment of "Double Hundred Enterprises" and "Scientific and Technological Reform Demonstration Enterprises" of central state-owned enterprise in 2022. In the new journey to achieve the second centenary goal, we will fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, unswervingly promote the reform, pay close attention to the actual effect of reform. 3.Lead the industry and consolidate the cornerstone business. As the cornerstone business of our strategic development, PET bottle flakes business currently has a production capacity of 2.1 million tons per year, with production bases in Changzhou and Zhuhai. "Hua Lei" PET bottle flakes are well-known in the industry. We have always practiced the concept of "strengthening and consolidating the foundation", making full use of geographical layout, advantages of production line and brand value, activating endogenous power, and increasing market share and comprehensive competitiveness. At the same time, we actively expand the application scenarios of PET, explore the PET material groups, extend the upstream and downstream industrial chains to radiate new momentum for business development. 4.Technological innovation leads to new profit growth. We lay out the business field of advanced materials and cultivate a number of advanced material projects through independent research and development, joint development, industrial incubation, mergers and acquisitions, which cover high-end PET, high-performance composite materials and other sectors, in order to break through core technologies in key areas.

We principally engage in the research and development, production and sales of PET materials and advanced materials, and are a global leader in PET materials industry. By the end of June 2025, the production capacity of the main product, PET bottle flakes is 2.1 million tons per year, which is at the forefront of the industry. PET bottle flakes are mainly used in the production of drinking water bottles, hot-fill beverage bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, edible oil bottles, and medical blood collection tubes, films, sheets etc. Our main customers include Coca-Cola, Tingjin, Wahaha, C`Estbon, Nongfu Spring and other well-known domestic or foreign beverage companies. We enjoy high reputation domestically and internationally. By the end of June 2025, the production capacity of PETG, which performance and quality are comparable to similar foreign products, is 50,000 tons per year. Our PETG meets the needs of domestic and foreign customers. The production technology has reached the leading level in domestic and foreign industry. We developed the production method of convert recycling plastics into PETG, and applied this pollution-free material, PETG, to the fields of home furnishing, automobiles and engineering. The proportion of products sold has increased monthly. The export of small batches of products has been realized.
