The business of our actual controller, China Resources Group, which is a central state-owned enterprise, covers 6 major areas: big consumption, comprehensive energy, urban construction and operation, big health, industrial finance, technology and emerging industries. As an important part of the technology and emerging industry sector, we strengthen the collaboration with other business units of the group, establish a cooperative communication mechanism, adopt an in-depth cooperative relationship of joint research and development, and results sharing. We also use the technical advantages of other business units in order to convert technology into industrialization. We broaden new ideas for development, create platforms and opportunities, to help the company develop its own PET industry application scenarios. 2.Promote double Hundred Actions and the development through reform As a "Double Hundred Enterprise" affiliated to China Resources Group, we were rated as "Excellent" in the special assessment of "Double Hundred Enterprises" and "Scientific and Technological Reform Demonstration Enterprises" of central state-owned enterprise in 2022. As the cornerstone business of our strategic development, PET bottle flakes business currently has a production capacity of 2.1 million tons per year, with production bases in Changzhou and Zhuhai.
