We are a leading comprehensive omni-channel service provider in China’s new consumption market for families with children. Our business primarily consists of the sale of maternal, infant and child products, the provision of child development and parenting services across all age groups, and the sale and provision of scalp and hair care products and services. Since our incorporation, we have cumulatively attracted over 97.0 million registered members as of September 30, 2025, and the GMV exceeded RMB13.8 billion in 2024. According to Frost & Sullivan, we ranked first in China’s new consumption market for families with children, both in terms of the cumulative number of registered members as of September 30, 2025 and the GMV in 2024. We have built a business model that integrates products, services, social engagement and sales channels around consumer needs, establishing ourselves as the preferred brand in China’s new consumption market for families with children, according to Frost & Sullivan. Our brands, “Kidswant (孩子王),” “Leyou (乐友)” and “Hairology (丝域)” are widely recognized across the Chinese Mainland. As of September 30, 2025, our offline sales and service network comprised 3,710 stores, covering all provincial-level administrative regions in the Chinese Mainland. This includes 1,033 self-operated stores within our maternal, infant and child business and 174 self-operated within our scalp and hair care business.
