Zhejiang Cayi Vacuum Container Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) was founded in 2004 and is located in Baiyang Industrial Zone, Wuyi County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China. The Company was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2021, with the stock abbreviation “Cayi Shares” (Stock Code: 301004.SZ). The Company is principally engaged in the research and development, design, manufacturing, and sales of beverage and food containers made from various materials. Its main products include stainless steel vacuum insulated containers (such as tumblers, flasks, food jars, vacuum pots, smart bottles, etc.), stainless steel containers, plastic containers (made of PP, AS, Tritan and other materials), glass containers, as well as other new-material daily beverage and food containers. After years of development, the Company has formed two major product series: stainless steel vacuum insulated containers and non-vacuum containers. Based on stainless steel vacuum insulated products, the Company has developed a diversified product portfolio covering tumblers, vacuum pots, food jars, flasks, and other categories. These products feature excellent thermal insulation performance, safety and portability, energy efficiency and environmental friendliness, fashionable appearance, and multifunctional designs. Non-vacuum containers mainly include car mugs, plastic cups, glass cups, and other related products.
