Zhejiang JW Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) was established in June 2011 and listed on the ChiNext Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on June 18, 2021, with the stock code 300984 and the stock abbreviation “JWPM” The Company has a registered capital of RMB 123,268,602 and over 1,500 employees. Since its establishment, the Company has been dedicated to R&D and manufacturing of various types of bearing rings. It has continuously expanded both domestic and international markets, achieved rapid growth in sales revenue, and become a key supplier to global bearing giants, such as Schaeffler, SKF, NSK, NTN, JTEKT, as well as to prominent domestic bearing enterprises such as the ZWZ (Wafangdian Bearing Group Corp., Ltd.), and Changzhou NRB Corporation. The Company has established long-term, stable cooperative relationships with these clients. Currently, in addition to domestic sales, the Company's products are widely used globally, with products exported to various countries and regions in Europe, North America, South America, and Asia. The Company's main business activities are as follows: 1. Bearing Rings The Company's core business is the R&D, production, and sale of bearing rings. Its main products include ball-type, needle-type, and roller-type bearing rings, which are widely applied across various sectors of the national economy, including transportation, construction machinery, home appliances, metallurgy, etc. Ball-type bearing rings include the following five series: Deep Groove Ball Bearing Rings (DGBB series), Hub Bearing Rings (HUB series), Water Pump Bearing Rings (WPB series), Tandem Ball Bearing Rings (TBB series), Angular Contact Ball Bearing Rings (ACBB series). Needle-type bearing rings include four series: Tripod Joint Bearing Rings (CVJ series), Rocker Arm Bearing Rings (RAB series), Needle Roller Bearing Rings (NRB series), Spline Rings (OWC series). Roller bearing rings include Truck Wheel Bearing Rings (TWB series), Tapered Roller Bearing Rings (TRB series), and Cylindrical Roller Bearing Rings (CRB series). 2. Lead Screw Components A lead screw is a transmission component that converts rotational motion into linear motion. The Company’s lead screw components mainly include nuts and rollers for planetary roller screws. The manufacturing processes for lead screw components and bearing rings share significant overlaps in terms of raw materials, processing techniques, performance requirements, and precision standards. Additionally, the Company's extensive experience in the bearing ring industry, marked by its ability to achieve high efficiency, low costs, and high quality throughout the entire production process, provides a competitive edge in expanding into the lead screw industry. The Company has already commenced development and production of lead screw components such as nuts (excluding internal thread processing) and rollers based on customer demands. 3. New Product Development Currently, the Company is engaged in R&D and sample submission of insulated bearing rings. The insulated bearing rings developed by the Company are designed to form an insulation layer in the inner ring, which effectively blocks current passage in the bearing, thereby preventing electrical corrosion and extending the bearing’s lifespan. These products are ultimately applied in new energy vehicles, variable-frequency air conditioners, and industrial sectors.
