Hengerda has innovatively developed the synchronous isothermal quenching and surface decarburization technology, has achieved a dual-phase structure of "bainite matrix + ferrite surface" on a single metal material, breaking the technical bottleneck of balancing strength and toughness in single metal materials. This technology is successfully applied to die-cutting tool production, enabling domestic substitution of heavy-duty die-cutting tools and elevating key technologies to world-leading standards.
