Through continuous process innovation and product upgrading, its core products hold a leading market position, forming a positive cycle of "technologies drive products, products validate technologies, and equipment supports processes". Hengerda has innovatively developed the synchronous isothermal quenching and surface decarburization technology, has achieved a dual-phase structure of "bainite matrix + ferrite surface" on a single metal material, breaking the technical bottleneck of balancing strength and toughness in single metal materials. This technology is successfully applied to die-cutting tool production, enabling domestic substitution of heavy-duty die-cutting tools and elevating key technologies to world-leading standards. Since 2011, Hengerda has maintained the global No.1 position in heavy-duty die-cutting tool production and sales for many consecutive years. As the lead unit, it led the drafting Chinese first industry standard of “Die-Cutting Knife”, leading the high-quality development of the industry. Leveraging the inherent correlation between metal heat treatment and material processing technologies, Hengerda has extended these core technologies to sawing tool R&D and manufacturing, endowing the tools with excellent performance in key mechanical properties: toughness, tensile fatigue resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance. Currently, Hengerda’s sawing tools reach international advanced technical standards, with production and sales in China’s first tier, laying a solid technical foundation for the serialized expansion and competitiveness enhancement of the company’s metal cutting tool portfolio. Hengerda has a profound understanding of the underlying logic that "Equipment paves the way for the industrial implementation of processes". For this reason, focusing on its own process industrialization needs, Hengerda independently developed automated production lines for die-cutting and sawing tools, plus a series of special equipment covering key processes: heat treatment, precision saw tooth machining and high-precision grinding of rolling functional components. Including double-line quenching furnaces, heat treatment equipment and high-precision CNC gear milling machines for bimetallic band saws, as well as high-precision CNC rail grinders and precision slider forming grinders. The above-mentioned special equipment is highly tailored to the company’s product process requirements, integrated with automatic control technologies to achieve high efficiency and precision in production, and effectively ensure product quality stability and consistency. Based on long-term technological accumulation in the manufacturing of automated special equipment, Hengerda has gradually transformed its special equipment manufacturing capabilities into an intelligent CNC equipment business serving external customers. To seize the commanding heights of global high-end thread grinding technology, Hengerda acquired Germany’s SMS Maschinenbau GmbH – the world’s leading high precision thread grinder manufacturer – in May 2025. This acquisition not only provides key equipment for mass production of high-precision rolling functional components but also enables in-depth integration of bilateral technical resources. Hengerda continues to refine integrated metal cutting solutions, combining high-end intelligent CNC equipment, core tools and full-life-cycle technical services, and empowers the manufacturing industry’s high-quality development with systematic support capabilities of high precision, efficiency and reliability. It also provides key equipment support for the production of the Company’s high-precision rolling functional components, continuously consolidating its differentiated competitive edges and elevating its value chain. 3.As the strategic emerging business, the rolling functional components business focuses on the high-end transmission needs of cutting-edge fields such as new energy vehicles, high-end CNC equipment and humanoid robots, and prioritizes the development of a series of products including planetary roller screws, ball screws and linear guide rail assemblies. The Company’s linear guide rail assemblies have fully matched the performance of major competing products and exceeded them in some key parameters.
