Utilizing self-supplied core components such as forgings and rolling elements, it achieves full process autonomy from materials to manufacturing, resolving the long-term reliance on imported main bearings for ultra-large shield machines. The company supplied key components (main drive disc, sealing devices) for the “CRCC 1294” earth pressure balance shield machine (cutterhead diameter 13.65 meters) exported by China to Turkey. In terms of industrial chain layout, Shengjiu Forgings specializes in the design, manufacturing, and processing of large, irregular ring forgings, while Haipusen is dedicated to the production of high-precision rolling elements, providing key raw materials and supporting components for the company’s slewing ring products and effectively extending and expanding the company’s industrial chain. Haozhi Machinery is engaged in the manufacturing of wind turbine locking discs and high-speed couplings; as critical components of wind turbines, its products exhibit a high degree of synergy with the company’s overall product portfolio.
