(I) Main business The company’s main business is the design, development, production, and sale of precision laser processing solutions and their supporting equipment. The company’s main products are precision laser processing equipment applied in the photovoltaic industry. Meanwhile, the company is actively developing laser processing equipment for high-end consumer electronics, new display technologies, and integrated circuits. (II) Main Products and Their Uses 1.Laser systems and solution for PV cells Laser micro-etching series equipment for back-contact (BC) cells employs the company’s proprietary optical homogenization technology and ultra-fine graphic control technology to achieve large-area, high-precision etching. This technology replaces traditional photolithography techniques, significantly simplifies the process flow of back-contact batteries of various structures, reduces the equipment investment and production costs, and effectively promotes the large-scale industrialization of back-contact batteries. TOPCon Polyfinger System (TCP) employs our self-developed optical homogenization technology and customized high-power laser, achieves large-area high-precision laser processing, forms a selective Polyfinger structure, balances the effects of passivation contact and the parasitic absorption issues of poly layer, and stably enhances the conversion efficiency, module power, and bifaciality of TOPCon batteries, thereby improving the market competitiveness of TOPCon module products. TOPCon Isolation equipment (TCI) uses high-precision lasers to create p-n junction isolation zone in the emitter area. It can match with the subsequent slicing process and facilitate the manufacturing upgrade of high-performance sliced cells. It can cut the edge of p-n junctions via laser, effectively inhibit carrier conduction towards the cell edge, and significantly reduce composition losses induced by edge defects, so as to provide advanced and reliable process support for the large-scale manufacturing of high-efficiency cells and modules. TOPCon cell laser-induced firing (LIF) equipment utilizes precise control of the laser beam to achieve rapid firing of metal silver paste, effectively addressing technical difficulties in P-type silicon contact. This technology, characterized by high efficiency, precision, and flexibility, significantly enhances the photovoltaic conversion efficiency of TOPCon cells. TOPCon cell laser boron doping equipment employs specially optical system configurations to redistribute boron doping in silicon and form the selective doped zone. In combination with LIF technology, it can further reduce the recombination in non-doped zone, achieve the selective emitter structure and improve the conversion efficiency of TOPCon cells. Laser-induced annealing (LIA) equipment injects high-intensity, uniform laser across the entire surface of cells, effectively reducing interface state density, decreasing interface recombination, improving hydrogen passivation, increasing Voc and FF, significantly enhancing cell conversion efficiency, and markedly improving the cell’s low-light degradation characteristics. It enhances the cell’s stability, with particularly significant effects on heterojunction cells. The world’s first laser transfer printing technology is a new non-contact surface metallization process, suitable for the production of various types of high-efficiency solar cells such as TOPCon, HJT and BC. It can not only significantly reduce the consumption of paste and improve the printing consistency, but also reduce the shadow area of grid lines, breakage rate and other potential losses, achieving significant cost reduction and efficiency improvement, with broad application prospects. Series equipment for laser grooving and scribing of thin films on perovskite cells, targeting various film layers such as TCO, oxide layers, electrode layers, etc., on large-area glass substrates, employs self-developed multi-beam optical systems to precisely control the line drawing accuracy and minimize the dead zone area and it can greatly improve the conversion efficiency of large-sized perovskite cells, with stable and reliable process, easy to maintain and convenient for operation. PERC laser ablation equipment can achieve rapid and efficient ablation on the back-passivated lamination, forms a local AL-BSF structure through the sintering of aluminum plate, and improves the conversion efficiency of PERC cells. PERC laser doping equipment uses the surface phosphorosilicate glass as a selective doping source to achieve heavy doping in the metal grid area, reduce metal contact resistance and improve the conversion efficiency of PERC cells. 2. Laser equipment for PV modules Fully automatic high-speed laser non-destructive scribing/splitting machine splits cells into specified sizes using non-destructive technology, increasing the overall output power of modules. This equipment synchronously performs loading and unloading, camera positioning, laser scribing, and cell splitting, achieving high-speed production of split cells. The module welding equipment/ entire line uses laser welding technology to replace the traditional infrared welding, improving the quality and stability of welding. The entire line solution covers the whole process from automatic feeding of cells to the completion of modules, and integrates an automatic repair function to ensure the high-efficiency production. It supports rapid switching between main grids of different design and cells of various specifications, especially suitable for main grid-free design and high-precision BC cells. It can enhance the flexibility and efficiency of module production. 3. Laser equipment used in fields such as consumer electronics, new display and integrated circuit TGV laser micro-hole equipment and AOI equipment for TGV appearance inspection use precise control systems and laser modification technology to achieve micro-hole and micro-groove processing on glass substrates of different materials, providing conditions for subsequent metallization processes. It is applied in semiconductor chip packaging, display chip packaging, and other fields. (Ⅲ)Main operating modes 1. R&D mode The company primarily adopts an independent R&D model, focusing on the optical, software, mechanical systems, and related technologies and processes of laser processing equipment.
