The company mainly serves the consumer electronics, automotive and smart home sectors with MIM components and assemblies, precision plastic components and assemblies, transmission components, thermal parts and terminal products. And the company has established partnerships with leading domestic and international clients in sectors such as consumer electronics, automotive, and smart home industries. (1) MIM: MIM technology is to mix metal powder and binder to make feedstock, and then molded through the injection machine, and then de-binding to remove the binder, after sintering densification to form a finished products with complete metal body. Gian's MIM products mainly include camera brackets, connector interfaces, pivot MIM parts, case bodies, watch structural parts, VR built-in structural parts, turbocharger parts, tailpipe parts, transmission parts, etc. (2) Transmission: Gian's transmission business can be divided into precision rotating structure components and precision transmission structure components according to the type of product, the main products include foldable phone hinge, motor gear box module, peristaltic pumps,etc. (3) Thermal: Thermal components are mainly air-cooling modules, liquid-cooling modules and liquid-cooling panels, etc., along with the module subcomponent, such as heat pipes and VCs, etc. We also have the capability of designing, simulating, and developing heat dissipation systems. (4) Terminal Product:ATX is a technology-based core, which is focusing on acoustic R&D and design, Bluetooth technology, intelligent audio hardware and software development. Its main products are all kinds of TWS Bluetooth headset, record player, audio, etc. (5) Precision Plastic Molding: The subsidiary, Zhixing, has been focusing on the research and development and production of precision plastic parts since its establishment, the main products are air vents, inner opening handles, instrument panels, cup holders, panels, storage boxes, bracelet shells, earphones and charging compartments shells, meter shells, and other precision plastic parts.
