(I) Principal Business and Product Technologies Guided by R&D, the Company targets fundamental reliability challenges in electronic products and develops comprehensive solutions in thermal management, electromagnetic compatibility, bonding, and sealing. These solutions are delivered together with the Company’s functional materials and components, driving product sales. The Company’s portfolio includes high-thermal-conductivity graphite products, thermal-interface materials, heat pipes, vapor chambers, thermal modules, EMI shielding materials, adhesives, and sealing materials. These products are widely adopted in high-growth sectors such as consumer electronics, digital infrastructure, intelligent transportation, and clean energy. As a National High-Tech Enterprise, the Company maintains a consistently high level of R&D investment and adheres to science-based innovation, establishing strong technical barriers in high-temperature carbon-material sintering, functional-polymer compounding, and two-phase-flow heat-transfer technologies, thereby ensuring its technologies remain at the industry forefront. (II) Primary Product Application Sectors 1. Consumer Electronics The consumer-electronics sector encompasses smartphones, tablets, laptops, wearable devices (VR/AR/MR, smartwatches, TWS, etc.), smart-home devices (smart speakers, smart displays, smart TVs, projectors, TV sticks, Mesh Wi-Fi, etc.), game consoles, and drones—products characterized by daily use and rapid iteration. For this sector, the Company supplies high-thermal-conductivity graphite products, thermal-interface materials, heat pipes, vapor chambers, thermal modules, EMI shielding materials, adhesives, and sealing materials. The Company has achieved near-total coverage of leading 3C-industry customers and maintains long-term relationships with major global and domestic clients such as a key North American customer, Samsung, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, “H Company,” and Honor. It holds the leading position in synthetic-graphite materials and continues to expand the market share of its die-cut component products. Graphite die-cut components have progressed from mobile phones to tablets and laptops for the North American customer. The Company is accelerating the R&D and mass production of multiple high-performance wick materials for vapor chambers, establishing core technological barriers and enabling differentiated competition. During the reporting period, the Company advanced the adoption of foldable graphite in new products of the North American customer; its thermal-interface materials achieved mass delivery to this customer; and its new-generation wick technology for vapor chambers was integrated into the customer’s next-generation AI PC. 2. Digital Infrastructure The Company’s products serve sub-segments such as 5G communications and next-generation advanced communications, data centers, computing centers, industrial Internet, and smart security. Specific terminal and edge devices include communication base stations, optical modules, servers, network switches, routers, solid-state drives, and security equipment. For this sector, the Company offers thermal-interface materials, heat pipes, vapor chambers, thermal modules, EMI shielding materials, and environmental-sealing materials. Since its inception, the Company has served leading communications-equipment manufacturers such as “H Company,” ZTE, Ericsson, Nokia, Cisco, and Finisar. During the reporting period, the Company advanced industry solutions and the adoption of core materials and modules in computing devices to create new growth drivers. Deployment of the Company’s vapor-chamber modules in high-speed optical modules accelerated. Thermal-module core components and TIM materials were delivered in volume to server manufacturers, while liquid-cooled thermal modules underwent customer qualification and mass-production ramp-up. 3. Intelligent Transportation In intelligent transportation, the Company focuses on electronic systems in new-energy vehicles (battery, motor, and electronic-control systems; intelligent driving; smart cockpits), charging piles, and eVTOLs (flying cars). Specific terminal devices include battery packs, motor systems, electronic-control units, LiDAR, domain controllers, low-altitude aircraft, smart cockpits, and charging equipment. For this sector, the Company provides thermal-interface materials, vapor chambers, adhesives, EMI shielding materials, sealing materials, and thermal modules. Key customers include XPeng, BAIC, BYD, DJI, and one of the world’s top-three German Tier-1 suppliers. During the reporting period, the Company continued to expand its presence in the intelligent-vehicle sector, actively participating in new programs and product development, delivering integrated thermal solutions for LiDAR, domain controllers, and low-altitude aircraft. 4. Clean Energy In clean energy, terminal devices include PV inverters, wind-power converters, energy-storage systems, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). For this sector, the Company supplies thermal modules, thermal-interface materials, adhesives, potting compounds, and waterproof-breathable valves. The Company has established deep cooperation with sector leaders such as Sungrow across PV, energy storage, and overseas manufacturing. Several products have moved into volume sales. Leveraging its core technologies and R&D platform, the Company is also addressing new demands arising from AI data-center-driven optical-storage systems and power equipment by providing targeted reliability solutions.
