1、The photoresist produced by the company has reached the middle and high level in the world, and enjoyed long-standing reputation in China. Having been stably produced photoresist for over thirty years, the company is one of the earliest enterprises engaging in scale and volume production of photoresist in China. Suzhou Ruihong started to produce photoresist in 1993, and undertook and completed the national 02 special project of “i-line photoresist product development and industrialization”. The company supplies a full range of photoresist products, and its industrialization scale and profitability have been leading in the industry. Among them, the i-line photoresist products have been supplied to well-known large domestic semiconductor manufacturers such as Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation, Hefei Changxin, etc., so the company has become one of the local enterprises with the highest shipments of semiconductor photoresist in China. In the pilot test of KrF (248nm deep ultraviolet) photoresist completed, the product resolution ratio reached the technical requirement of 0.25 ~ 0.13μm, and the pilot test demonstration line was set up. The company cooperated with Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation to establish a joint research institution of color photoresist for LCD in Suzhou, providing the testing service of color photoresist produced by Mitsubishi Chemical in China as well as the assessment and testing service for domestic customers. In 2019, the product started to be produced in volume, and supplied to display panel manufacturers. To improve our “independent and controllable” level in the field of key materials, and realize the “domestic alternative” of semiconductor materials, the Company initiated the research and development project of high-end photoresist for integrated circuit manufacturing in 2020, and bought the ASML 1900 Gi photoetching equipment in the second half of 2020. 2、The purification technology of the company has been in the front rank among domestic and foreign peers. Relying on independent research and development and technology import for many years, the technology level of several main products in which large amount of ultra high purity reagents are used has reached SEMI G5, at an equivalent level with international leading companies in the industry. It has been gradually realizing the domestic alternatives of this large range of products and breaking through the monopoly of foreign technologies. Besides its main products including ultra pure hydrogen peroxide, ultra pure ammonium hydroxide, high pure sulfuric acid, etc. that have reached or are able to reach G5, other high pure chemicals in the company have generally reached G3 or G4.
