Changsha Jingjia Microelectronics Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Corporation”) was founded in April 2006. The Corporation has a registered capital of 522 million Yuan. The Corporation currently has nearly 1000 employees, in which more than 60 percent are R&D staffs. The Corporation was listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market GEM Board with code 300474 in March 2016. The Corporation has main business of designing, manufacturing and selling highly reliable electronic products. Its main products are grouped into four categories: Graphics Processing Products 、 Small-Sized Specialized Radar、 GPU and Other Products.Graphics Processing Products are the core business of the Corporation with great advantage while Small-Sized Specialized Radar and Chips are the future business development direction of the Corporation. In Graphics Processing field, the Corporation has main products of graphics processing module, graphics processing chip, ruggedized monitor, ruggedized storage and ruggedized computer, in which graphic processing module is the core product. In 2014, the Corporation successfully developed JM5400, the first GPU in China with fully independent intellectual property rights. Currently, clear majority of newly designed domestic aviation equipment are using our graphic display control modules. Moreover, a considerable number of display control systems in aviation equipment are using our products as well. Our graphic processing module owns an overwhelming advantage in the aviation market. In Small-Sized Specialized Radar field, the Corporation, taking advantage of years of technology development on microwave RF and signal processing, successfully developed a core multipurpose radar product and microwave RF components, etc., which enables the Corporation to achieve the first-mover advantage. The future development and selling of these products will contribute to promote the growth of the Corporation in the further. The Corporation has a clear strategic objective and planning. In terms of the horizontal extension of the product lines, the Corporation will focus on the vehicle and ship-borne graphics processing field, after the success in the airborne graphics processing field. The Corporation will develop the graphic processing module as well as its ancillary products such as electronic image stabilization module, strengthening display, strengthening storage etc. in the tank, armored vehicle and ground radar system field. In terms of the vertical extension of the product lines, the Corporation will extend from the electronic equipment in the graphic processing field to the Small-Sized Specialized Radar field, taking advantage of its strong technical force in microwave radio frequency and signal processing. The Corporation will develop core multipurpose radar products and microwave RF components. The mentioned pre-researched, soon-shaped, or already-finalized products will provide a steady stream of momentum for the company's continued growth in the future.
