Allwinner Technology (stock code: 300458) was founded and incorporated in Zhuhai in 2007, Our company is a leading fabless design company dedicated to smart application processor SoCs and smart analog ICs. Our product line includes multi-core application processors for smart devices and smart power management ICs used by brands worldwide. With its focus on cutting edge UHD video processing, high performance multi-core CPU/GPU integration, and ultra-low power consumption, We are a mainstream solution provider for connected automotive application, smart hardware, smart home device, service robot, drone, Virtual Reality, tablet, internet TV, automotive in-dash device, smart power management, and mobile connected device markets. We are headquartered in Zhuhai China, with branches in Shenzhen, Xi'an. We employ a fabless business model and use third-party foundries and assembly and test contractors to manufacture, assemble and test our solutions. This outsourced manufacturing approach allows us to focus our resources on the design, sales and marketing of our solutions and avoid the cost associated with owning and operating our own manufacturing facility. We sell our system-on-a-chip, or SoC, solutions to original equipment manufacturers, or OEMs, who include our SoCs in their products, and to original design manufacturers, or ODMs, who include our SoCs in the products that they supply to OEMs. We refer to ODMs as our customers and OEMs as our end customers, end products of customers will be shipped worldwide in the form of tablet, OTT and other consumer electronics.
