With the in-depth implementation of strategies like "Dual Carbon" and "East Data West Computing", and the low-latency high-density computing power demands brought by the artificial intelligence technology revolution, the energy and electricity resources in first-tier cities and their surroundings become increasingly scarce, making the high-quality IDC more precious. (2) Advantage as a Leader in Campus-level Mode Since its establishment, Range Technology has been anchored in the development strategy of campus-level computing centers, accumulating rich experience. The company has deployed one campus with 130,000 cabinets, one with 50,000 cabinets, four with 30,000 cabinets each, and one with 14,000 cabinets, far exceeding the ultra-large-scale data center standard set by the industry. The company’s campus-level computing centers are also equipped with comprehensive corridors, 110KV and 220KV substations, and other facilities, allowing customers to quickly expand in the local computing center according to their own business development. (3)Advantage of the Customer "High Trust" Barrier The company has cultivated high-level design and operation and maintenance service team on its own. Currently, 10 UPTIME ATD , 5 UPTIME ATP , 4 UPTIME ATS , 82 UPTIME AOS , and 13 UPTIME AOP have been obtained by the staff. Telecom operators and end customers started cooperation with the company with a small number of cabinets. So far, they are willing to entrust the company with the management of tens of thousands of cabinets. After more than ten years of running-in among all parties, no major security accidents have ever occurred, and a solid "high-trust" relationship has been established among all parties. (4)Advantage of the "Four Self-Reliance" Model The company's business model of "self-investment, self-construction, self-possession, and self-maintenance" has the advantage of high reliability. All the computing power centers operated by the company adopt the "self-possession" mode, and long-term cooperation agreements have been signed with customers. All the computing power centers are constructed in accordance with the standards of T3+ level or above. The main large-scale equipments are all flagship products provided by globally leading equipment suppliers. In 2024, the company has become the global member of the Uptime Institute and currently, 9 of IDC buildings have obtained the Uptime M&O certification. (5)Advantage of Autonomous Evolution Capability The company has conducted in-depth research on cutting-edge technologies such as liquid cooling technology and AIDC intelligent computing centers. In early 2021, the company joined hands with its strategic partners in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Park to conduct cooperation on a liquid cooling project. After undergoing stable verification, the company delivered the industry's first entire building-scale all-liquid-cooled intelligent computing center, achieving the evolution from air-cooled computer rooms to liquid-cooled computer rooms.Besides, the company actively seized the opportunity of AI development and took the lead in deploying large-scale computing modules, achieving autonomous evolution from IDC to AIDC. (6) Advantage in Network Security In the sixteen years since its establishment, the company has 0 incidents caused by network security issues. In terms of equity structure, the actual controller holds a high proportion of the controlling stake.
