On the basis of focusing on "Build a complete upstream and downstream vitamin D3 industrial chain", the Company has proposed a new development strategy of "one vertical and one horizontal". With developing of twenty years, we has basically completed the overall plan for whole industrial chain of vitamin D3, and becoming the only manufacturer of vitamin D3 in the world. The production annual capacity for four major products are top one in the world which are lanolin cholesterol, vitamin D3, 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and refined lanolin. In November of 2021, the Company acquired full ownership of Zhejiang Garden Pharmaceutical, which has complete pharmaceutical industry qualifications and mature sales network. This will help the Company to expand vertically into the downstream pharmaceutical field efficiently and rapidly, based on the existing vitamin D3 industry chain . In the future, the Company will also develop full-active vitamin D3 series products to make the Company become an influential high-tech enterprise in the fields of medicine and health. At present, the Company has two sections business: 1. Vitamin D3 Section; 2. Pharmaceutical manufacturing Section. 1、Vitamin D3 Section Key Products： Lanolin cholesterol: The high purity (over 95%) lanolin cholesterol (NF grade cholesterol) is the key raw material for the production of vitamin D3, and lower content cholesterol is used in shrimp feed; lanolin cholesterol is also used in the pharmaceutical field to produce cholesterol esters and steroid hormones, and used in the cosmetic field as a water-in-oil emulsifier for lotions, creams and other products. Vitamin D3: It is an essential nutrient for the bones calcification for the body of humans beings and animals. Its most basic function is to promote the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the intestinal canal, promote the calcification of bones. Vitamin D3 is widely used in feed additives, food additives, supplements and pharmaceuticals, its application and market demand are growing stable and sustained. 25-Hydroxyvitamin D3: It is the active metabolite of vitamin D3 which is more biologically active and does not need to be metabolized by the liver. 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 not only has the functions of regular vitamin D3, but also has some unique functions.
