Founded in 2000, Jiangsu Nata Opto-electronic Materials Co., Ltd. was listed on the ChiNext Market of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on August 7,2012 (Stock Code 300346). It is a leader in high purity electronic materials in China, with the National Post-doctoral Workstation, Jiangsu Engineering Technology Research Center, Jiangsu Foreign Expert Workshop, and other enterprise independent innovation platforms. It has a full range of MO source products and has been awarded major scientific and technological research projects such as the National "Special Project 02" High Purity Electronic Special Gases (arsine, phosphorene), ALD/CVD Precursors, 193nm Photoresist, and Supporting Materials R&D and Industrialization.
