At present, it has been applied in the electric motor, electric control, battery pack, instrument panel, door latch and other products of new energy vehicles. 2、Liquid metal EONTEC has more than 20 years of experience in new material research and development, precision molding design, mechanical preparation, die-casting molding and production, focus on liquid metal research and development and industrialization for more than 10 years, as an earlier liquid metal research and development enterprise in the industry, it has independent intellectual property rights in many aspects of amorphous alloy composition, forming technology and equipment, and has the full process capabilities of amorphous alloy material composition design, master alloy melting, precision mold design and manufacturing, precision machining, surface treatment and liquid metal vacuum forming equipment manufacturing. It has the largest scaled production line of amorphous alloy in China. After years of technology and market accumulation, EONTEC has achieved industry-leading advantages in the application and industrialization of bulk amorphous alloys, successfully developed and produced bulk amorphous products. EONTEC’s liquid metal applications mainly divided into four sectors: the first sector is consumer electronics structural parts (including hinges, wearable devices and mobile phone precision structural parts etc.); the second sector is new energy vehicle parts; the third sector is medical device structural parts; the fourth sector is music and sports equipment structural parts. 3、Medical Magnesium Alloy The biodegradable medical magnesium alloy project is one of the important directions of the company’s development, its R&D team “biodegradable medical magnesium alloy and related implanted device innovation R&D team” is the second batch of innovative scientific research teams introduced by Guangdong Province. EONTEC is an enterprise with core competence in the field of biomedical materials, is the chairman unit of the medical magnesium alloy industry technology innovation alliance, is a pioneer in the development of industry standards, clinic and industrialization in China. It has strong scientific research and industrialization capabilities in biodegradable medical magnesium alloys, strong scientific research cluster competitive advantage, and strong industry influence. In July 2019, EONTEC ‘s degradable magnesium internal fixation screw clinical trial approval was officially passed, it is the first biodegradable metal screw approved for clinical use in China, and also the first clinic trial of pure magnesium (the purity is 99.99wt.%) as an internal implant in the world. In May 2020, EONTEC RECEIVED THE CE certificate of degradable magnesium internal fixation screw issued by the international authoritative European Union certification notified body UDEM. Globally EONTEC obtained the first approval certificate of this indication product. ‌ In February 2023, the clinical trial for the degradable magnesium internal fixation screw cumulatively enrolled 184 cases across 9 domestic clinical research centers with full enrollment completion. In December 2024, EONTEC received the clinical trial summary report for the degradable magnesium internal fixation screw.
