Ingenic Semiconductor Co., Ltd., founded in 2005, is a leading IC design (fabless) company that located in Beijing, China. Ingenic is committed to develop and innovate technologies on CPU core and it’s derivative products. Now, Ingenic has became to be the leading, and well-known embedded CPU and solution provider in the world. In past and recent years, Ingenic’s R&D investment are focusing on independently developed core technologies, such as: Embedded CPU core, Video Codec, Image Signal Processing, Neural Network Processor, AI Algorithm and etc. Ingenic has Micro Processor Unit (MPU) and Smart Video (SV) as two major IC product lines, based on above core technologies. The MPU product line is focusing on smart IoT applications, which majorly are: biometrics, QR code recognition, commercial equipment, smart home, smart wearing, educational electronics and etc. The SV product line is focusing on intelligent vision related applications, which majorly are: video surveillance, smart doorbell, conference/meeting cameras, face recognition products and etc. In 2020, through the merge on ISSI Beijing, Ingenic added Memory IC, Analog & Connectivity IC into company product lines.
